If you are not satisfied for whatever reason with your lamp or lighting product(s), and it is not damaged or defective, please contact us by phone (1-866-905-4448) or e-mail [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and a return shipping address.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in 100% sellable condition for credit to be issued. Your order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. While we do not recommend a specific carrier for returns, we do recommend that you use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number as French Market Lanterns will not be responsible for any returned items that have been lost in shipment.
** We do not accept returns on any Special-Order items OR products that have been installed.
Special Order items include, but are not limited to:
- Products with additional cost finishes (Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Nickel, etc.)
- Modified brackets or mounts
- Extra cost glass.
- Orders with quantities of 6 or more items
All motor freight expedited shipping charges, and extra shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are non-refundable. **
